Over two decades he has advanced computational drug discovery, immunoinformatics, omics, and AI-enabled therapeutic research. He founded and led the Bioinformatics department at Christ College, Rajkot, conducted proteomics research at the University of Bonn, and served as a Visiting Researcher at the Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore.
He now serves as Associate Professor and Head of Bioinformatics at the University of North Bengal, where he combines research, teaching, mentorship, and academic leadership, alongside a doctoral scientist's rare second training as a qualified lawyer.
